Donna J. Overstreet - Payroll Clerk

FLORENCE — Donna Jene Overstreet, 31, a payroll clerk for Williams-Dickie Corporation, died Saturday of injuries suffered when her mobile home on Taylor Road was struck by a tornado.

Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Antioch Baptist Church in Florence with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 3-9 p.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl.

Mrs. Overstreet, a Florence native, was a graduate of Florence High School and Hinds County Community College, where she played in the school band. She coached T-Ball and Buddy Ball and was a Cub Scout den leader. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William; sons, Donald Isaac Overstreet, Kyle Patrick Overstreet, and Brett Michael Overstreet, all of Florence; and parents, Don Hancock of Florence and Billie Jene Burkhart of D'Lo; brothers, Kevin Hancock of Jackson and Chris Hancock, John Hancock and Art Hancock, all of Florence; and sisters, Susan Bullock of Mobile and Stephanie Hancock and Angie Hancock, both of Florence.
