Looking for any information on Watson L. CHESHIRE. I do not know what county. Died in Mississippi. Believe Giles Pleasant Cheshire to be Watson's son. Giles was born in Lauderdale, Mississippi on Dec. 8, 1861. Giles married and moved to Grimes Co., Tx. Any information on Cheshire in Mississippi would be welcome.

DYER, Jess Ray - Unknown County Only information found in al old family ible is plantation owner, no location. Probably 1840's, 1850's. Probably father of Tabatha Dyer who married David POWERS. David Powers daughter married James Minus ALEXANDER in or near Caddo, IT - now Oklahoma, James Alexander my great grandfather on my fathers side. Seeking information on Mae DODSON born 8-24-1881 in Mississippi. Parents names and place of birth are unknown. Was living in Arkansas before 1900 where she married James Lee CRABTREE. They moved to Oklahoma Indian Territory where they raised twelve children, including three sets of twins. Have not found her on any census in Mississippi. Can you help.

Looking for the wife of Samuel R. EVITT, the mother of Julia sp?, Elijah, and Comodore. I do not have a name. Only Samuel and his three childrenn are in the 1860 census.
Would like to know the birth date and place, marriage date and place, to whom married and did she die at birth of Comodore or after. She is not in the 1860 census.

Looking for Willie D/Dee LONG. Wife - Edie/Eddie Levi BRUCE.
Children 10: Turner C, Abbie, Estelle, Carrie, Ernest b. 1920,
James O/D, John L?, Lillian, Virginia, and Mary Grace.
I'm sure the children are not in order by birth. Have no idea
when or where Willie and Edie were born or married in MS.
If anyone knows anything about this family, I sure would like to
hear from you. Is all I know is the family says they lived in
Mississippi. Ernest come on to TN.
Abbie married a HADORN, Estelle (Stella) marrried a SUMMERS,
Lillian married a MOORE, Carrie and Virginia married JACKSON's,
and Mary Grace married a SCROGGINS. I have no idea who the
boy's wives names were.
This is all I know about this family. I don't have first names
of the spouses, nor any dates, other than Earnest's birth year.
Any and all help greatly appreciated!!

Looking for Levi (b. 1835-SC) and Lucinda HILL (b. 1833-SC). I do not know for sure where they were in Mississippi. Tthe 1880 census of Polk county, Arkansas gives the birth place of two children as Mississippi. Maston HILL b. 1862 & Nancy HILL b. 1873. They were in Arkansas by 1874. It is highly possible that Lucinda was Cherokee Indian. Any small lead will be greatfully excepted!

The story went after the father died, Annie took the children and raised them on her father's, Col. Temple's, plantation near Lake Ponchartrain, LA. That's about it. But all censes records so birth of Robert to be Mississippi. -

I am searching for information on Minnie Cornelia DICKINSON, born 1880 in Mississippi. She married Hugh SHOOK and lived in Wise County, Texas in 1900 when her daughter, Ruth was born. Minnie and Hugh then moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas. Thanks for you help.
