Our
Pastor did not preach to day owing to but very fiew being present,
but red a chapter then went into conference. No buizeness to attend
to, onley by the request of Samuel J. Patterson that there be a
conference to be held at his house by the wise of the Church that it
be held there tomorrow evening and then adjouned to meet at that

Divine Services today by our pastor at eleven oclock. Theme Hosie
eighth chapter and 12th verse “I have written to him the great
things of my law but they were counted a strange thing” After
preaching a very interesting Sermon from this text then dismissed to
meet this evening at three oclock and Preach at Samuel J. Patterson
After preaching then proceeded into conference open the door for the
reception of members Sam Patterson Joined by experience owing to his
feeble health the time was put off for a while until he could get
able to go the water to be baptized By the request of the church
that Sister Nancy T Woodward be dismissed by letter from our church
