[We have no idea who answered the census
questions. I believe this is a census error or they could have been
told wrong on his first name and then I'll explain about other
errors]
Horace A. Box, born Dec 1832, age 62 married for 34
years, AL AL GA
Caline Box, born Mar 1845, age 55 (has had 5
children) married 34, AL GA AL
*** note at end of list
Gussie Box, born 1881 - dau - MS AL AL *** note at end
Frank
Box, born 1883 - son
Luisa (?) Harvey - mother-in-law, Dec 1819
age 80 had 14 children.
*I'm guessing that Hiram was married to
Louisa for 34 years but newly married to Caline but enumerator wrote
down 34 automatically. Also, your Gussie would prove they were still
in Miss. as late as 1881 & 1883. Caline says she has had 5 children.
According to the 1880 census, Louisa would have had more than 5.
Also, whoever answered missed the age by 5 but it's right in 1910
also missed parents birth states. [strictly a guess on my part.]
1910 Drew County Ark. Census
