the old Derma-Calhoun City Public Road; thence East along and with

lying and situated in Section 15, Township 14, Range 1 West.
It is recited for the record that the above and foregoing property
is part of the Lamar Jennings estate and that Lamar Jennings died in
1972 without a Will and that his wife, Carrie Jennings died in 1972
without a Will and that they were survived by William Jennings, L J.
Jennings, James Randall Jennings and Birdie Mae Young. It is further
recited for the record that grantee hereon, Lou Alice Jennings is
the wife of L. J. Jennings, deceased. 21/ July 1984
