The last will and testament of Isaiah Whittington of state and county foresaid
Part 1st - I will that my property both real and personal be placed in the hands of my wife Delilah L. Whittington, at my death to manage and control and collect all debts Due me and pay the same during her life time and at her death to be placed in the hands Of John W. Whittington and R.J. Whittington to manage and control and pay all lawful debts and then the remainder to be equally devided between all the heirs-

In the matter of a certain instrument of meeting purporting to be the last will and testament of Isaiah Whittington, deceased of Holmes County; personally appeared before me James T. Meade Clerk of the Chancery Court in and for said county, A. Bowers, and W.C. Perry subscribing witnesses to a certain instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Isaiah Whittington, deceased late of Holmes County, who having first been duly sworn , deposed and said that that the said Isaiah Whittington, signed, published and declared said instrument as his last will and testament ob the 1st day of September 1881, the day and date of said instrument in the presence of the deponents, and J.W. Swinney and that the testator was then of sound disposing mind and memory, and more than twenty one years of age, and that these deposants and J.W. Swinney subscribed and attested said instrument, as witnesses to the signature and publication thereof, at the special instrument and in the presence of the said testators, and in the presence of each other on the day and year of the date thereof -
