Luke, James Madison

James Madison Luke and wife Nancy Baughman. James Madison Luke was a member of the James Luke and Martha Reed family, the first Luke family in Kemper County. His was the first generation of Lukes to be born in Kemper county. They are the great-grandparents of Norman Davis.

David Franklin "Dave" Luke and second wife and children Warren, Wilbur, Imogene and Wilbur. Sybil was born later. Not pictured are Virgie Mae and Lillian, children of his first marriage to Sally Leander Palmer who died when her children were very young. Dave Luke is the son of James Madison Luke and is the grandfather of Norman Davis. This is the house where Norman Davis was born.
