		that now he has changed his opinion and thinks that the 
		Confederates wrong in trying to overthrow the United States Govt.,
		and his object in wishing to take the amnesty oath is to again 
		become a loyal citizen of the U.S. Govt., does not want to go South
		under any consideration.
