This indenture made and entered into this 21st day of November, 1849, between Isaac S. Thomspon & wife Phoebe L. Thompson, James I. Boyd, and Sarah Boyd, his wife, Z.P. Clark & wife Amelia Clark of the first part, and Wm. Clark of the second part, all of the County of Carroll and State of Mississippi , witnesseth that the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and released to the party of the second part, his heirs & all their right, title, claim and interest, in and to the following tract or parcel of land to wit: the East ½ Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 20, Range 3 E containing 80.11 acres more or less; to have and to hold the same unto the party of the second part, his heirs et al. forever. And the parties of the first part; will warrant and for ever defend, this right of title to said tract or parcel of land against this claim against themselves, their heirs, et al. and against all others forever.
