Query posted July 1, 2003 I am searching information on Richard and Elizabeth Jones indicated in the 1850 census, Southern Division page 236 B. I am an Adams, which my family lived in Madison County MS prior to moving to Harrison County Texas. James and Lois Adams had a daughter Elizabeth, which was their oldest daughter. I am trying to determine if the Elizabeth Jones in the 1850 census is she. Elizabeth did in fact marry a Richard D. Jones. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
