Scruggs Cemetery
The information on the Scruggs Cemetery was submitted by Mr. Van Milam and published in Tate Trails Volume V, Number 4, page 138, 1987.
Mr. Milam reported he tried to locate some stones in the location of the Scruggs Cemetery given in Mrs. Craft's book. Old time County residents report they remember stones being there in days gone by, however, Mr. Milam could not locate any stones. He will make another attempt to locate the abandoned tombstones.
