FOWLER CEMETERY
The Fowler Cemetery is located at the old Fowler home place. Turn off HWY 4 about 1/3 mile east of Wyatte, drive north about 2 1.2 miles, the cemetery should be a few feet east almost on the Marshall County Line. Land is owned by Leon and Margie Burford. The Fowler Cemetery was submitted for publication by H. Ray Wallace and was published in Tate Trails Vol. II, Number 2, Page 45 1984.

*According to US Census records, Mr. Fowler had four given names, Levi G. Bertram Wheeler Fowler.
**Mary Elizabeth was Levi's second wife. Her maiden name was Still. His first wife was Mary Hill of Ala, who may also be buried in this cemetery without a marker. She died in 1853 after the birth of their ninth child.
