Indian Mound Cemetery
Indian Mound Cemetery is the Sumner Family Cemetery located on the land once owned by Joseph Burton Sumner. It is called Indian Mound Cemetery because it is on an Indian Mound. This was the highest driest land available for burials. Information about this cemetery was provided by Lisa Tucker.
