For and in consideration of Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars, cash
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby confessed, we, Sara Ola Price Leathers and
W. S. Leathers, Husband of Sara Ola Leathers, do, by these presents, convey and warrant
to J. M. Gathright of Oxford, Miss., the following described tracts, lots or parcels of land
situated, lying and being in Lafayette County, Mississippi, to-wit:-

The southwest quarter of section 23; and the north east quarter, and the west 110
acres of the southeast quarter of sec 26, all of said lands being in Township 9, Range
Two, west, containing 430 acres more or less. There is excepted however, from this conveyance
two acres of land in the N. E. 1/4 of Section 26, Twp. 9,Range Two,west, heretofore sold by
Sara Ola Price Leathers to the Northeast Mississippi Methodist Conference for a Church and
therefore sold by the Grantors herein to the Trustees of Morgan Public School, the
first named conveyence being by deed dated August 26th, 1926, recorded in deed record No.
91,page 449,and the other conveyence by deed dated Jan.2nd, 1915 and recorded in deed
record No.79 page211, om file in Office of the Chancery Clerk of said county and State,
to which reference is hereby made,and for the same consideration we convey and warrant
to the J. M. Gathright our or either of our reversionary interest in said two acres
of land.The land herein described and conveyed is the same land described in that deed
dated June 30th, 1906,excuted by Relbue Price Et al,and recorded in Deed book XX,
page 8,and deed dated Jan.14th, 1908 executed by Bem Price, [these are Huldic Price's heirs, Washington Price's grandchildren],recorded in deed record XX,page
222,of the records of said County and State,to which reference is hereby made,on file
to me Sara Ola Price Leathers.
