I William D. S. Bowen of the County of Itawamba in the State of Mississippi being of sound mind and Memory and considering uncertainity of this frail and transitary life do ordain, publish, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament to wit.
First I desire my Executor herein after appropriate as soon after my death as prachicable to pay all of my debts, burial and expenses.
Second I give and bequeath to my three children to wit: William David Dulaney Bowen, Devers ( or Deven) Bowen and Emily Jane Catherine Bowen, my entire Real and Personal Estate. After paying of the amount herein provided for.
Third, Should either of my said Daughters die or marry, in that event I desire their Share bequeathed to be given to my said son, William David Dulaney Bowen.
Fourth, In the event that my said son should die then I desire that his share of my Estate to be equally between my two daughters herein married.>
Fifth, I desire and so direct that should my beloved wife Mary survive my death, That she hold all my property during her life time or widowhood and control the same as she may see best. And for her own use and support and at her death, said property be equally divided among my said children as herein provided said property to be held by my said three children as tenants in common and not be divided or separated.
Sixth, I hereby appoint my son George Y. Bowen, Executor of this my last Will and Testament and direct that he not be required to give any Bond in the execution of this Will.
