Last Will and Testament of W. D. S. Bowen

Proof of Will

                 State of Mississippi}                  Chancery Court.
                  Itawamba County }                     In Vacation before the Clerk
A D 1905. In the matter of a certain instrumentof writing Purporting to be the last Will and Testament of W. D. S. Bowen, deceased of Itawamba County personally appeared before me J. F. Benson Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said County D. R. McDougal subscribing witness to a certain instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of W. D. S. Bowen deceased late of Itawamba county who having first been duly sworn deposed and said that the said W. D. S. Bowen, signed, published and declared said instrument as his Last Will and Testament on the 18th day of November,1895, the day of the date of said instrument in the presence of the deponents and the said Testator was then of sound disposing mind and memory and more than twenty-one years of age and that these deponents subscribed and attested said instrument as witness to the same signature and publication thereof at the special instrument and in the presence of the said Testator, and in the presence of each other, on the day and year of the year there of.

J. D. R. McDougal Clerk of the Chancery Court and far said county, hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of W.D.S.Bowen was filed in my office for record,on the 21 day of March. A D. 1905. And the same is now duly recorded in Estate record Book 8 on page 50-51 of the record of Will in my office.
