George County, MS is located in the South East Corner of MS. It is bordered by
Mobile County, AL to the east, and the Mississippi counties of
Perry and
Stone to the west,
Greene County
to the north, and
Jackson County to the south.
George County was formed in 1910 from Jackson and Green Counties.
