Turnage Funeral Held
Jack Turnage, nearly 74 years of age, residing in the Granby community, east of Prentiss, died at his home there on Thursday night
He was buried Friday afternoon from Antioch Baptist Church, of which he was a member, his pastor, the Rev. J. B. Quin of Prentiss, conducting the funeral.
Mr. Turnage was a South Carolinian, having come to this county 23 years ago. He was a highly respected citizen and many mourn his death.
Surviving are his two children, Abbie Turnage and Miss Mary Turnage, his wife having died several years ago. He also leave six brothers and three sisters residing in South Carolina.
