PRENTISS - Services were held at 3 p.m. Monday at Antioch Baptist Church for Mrs. Bernice Loftin Holloway, 50, who died unexpectedly at her home in the Granby Communi- ty Saturday afternoon. Rev. Earl Brown officiated, assisted by Rev. John Ash. Interment was in the church cemetery with Saulters Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Holloway was a native and lifelong resident of the Granby Community and was a menber of Antioch Baptist Church. She was the widow of Curtis Holloway, who was killed in a traffic accident in 1963.
Survivors include three sons, Homer Holloway, Prentiss; Kenneth Holloway, Jackson, and J. L. Holloway, Natchez; two daughters, Mrs. James A. Lee and Mrs. Bill Hanson, both of Long Beach; nine brothers, Stanley Carroll and Paul Loftin, all of the Granby Community; Jack, Jerry and Rev. Rex Loftin, all of Jackson; Claude Loftin, Collins; Earl Loftin, Atwater, Calif., and Woodrow Loftin, Hawthorne, Nev.; four sisters, Mrs. Reggie Berry, New Hebron; Mrs. Eugene Graham Jackson, Mrs. J. T. Smith, Mobile, and Mrs. R. H. Kelly, Seattle, Wash., and four grandchildren.
