Major was mainly a clerk or in department suit/clothing sales in some area or another though he did some farming. His grave marker says 1960 but his death certificate says 1964. Can't find funeral home that did the service yet to confirm which one is correct.

He married Letha Asenith Polk in Perry Co., Mississippi on 10 Dec 1906, and had the following children:

Major was born in and died in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi.
