Death of Mrs. Sarah Garner

Mrs. Sarah Garner, wife of C. C. Garner, deceased, of this community, died Monday. Burial was made Tuesday at Antioch, Revs. Buckley and Dale conducting the funeral, assisted by Rev. Quin and Davis.

Mrs. Garner, with her husband, had reared a fine family of children, and have many relatives and friends throughout this section who deeply sympathize with them in the loss of their good mother.

The children are: Mrs. Clara Stewart of Hattiesburg; Mrs. Edd Evans, Silver Creek; Mrs. Sam McPhail, Prentiss; Mrs. Willie Miller, Louisiana; Ernest, Oscar, Hollis Garner, Prentiss; Houston Garner, Hattiesburg; Joe Garner, Arizona.

Mrs. Garner is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Homer Polk and Mrs. J. T. Griffith.
