BURNS family. I am seeking any information on my gg grandfather
Dennis Burns (b.Quebec 1848, died Gulfport, 1924); and his wife, Mary
Ann Frederica Lindsay Burns (b.Quebec ca. 1848, died Gulfport 1912).
Dennis is buried in Evergreen Cemetery. If his wife is buried with him,
I'd be particularily grateful if anyone has an index to that cemetery
and could look to see whether Mary Ann's exact date of birth has been

am searching for information on the Reuben HOUSE/Hetty WEBB family.
Reuben b.in Ga abt 1812 and Hetty b in Ga abt 1814, married in Mobile
Co. Ala in 1836. They lived in Jackson Co. Miss in 1850 Census list
family with the following children: Elizabeth b abt 1839 in Ala. John
b 1840 in Ala, Reuben Jr. b Abt 1843 Hetty b abt 1847 and Mary Ann b
1850. They had another another son Joseph J. b 21 Apr.1852 in Miss.
They migrated to Layfayette Co. Ark in 1854 where their last son George
W. was b in 1858. Mary Ann married Eli Collins and lived in Harrison
Co. Miss. until her death. I believe some of the others may have stayed
in that area also. I would appreciate any information on any of these

COUNTY LOOKUP - HARRISON COUNTRY CEMETERY BOOKS: Looking for cemetery
where GEORGE WASHINGTON REDMOND and/or his wife AILSEY AINSWORTH are
buried. He was born c. 1793 in Sumter Co., South Carolina. Death date
would be c. 1765. He lived in Handsboro in the 1860 census. She would
have been born c. 1810 in South Carolina; was also in the 1860 census

- George Washington REDMOND lived in Handsboro at the time of the 1860
census with his wife Aisley AINSWORTH. Their children were: (1) Johnathan,
(2) Martha, (3) Sarah Anne, (4) Elizabeth, (5) Eliza Anne, (6) William,
(7)Neicy, (8) Wyatt (later known as Thomas), (9) J. (male), (10) F.
A. (female). George (b. 1791) & Ailsey (b. 1810) came from South
Carolina. Children 1 thru 6 were born in Alabama. Children 7 thru 10
were born in Mississippi (#7 & #8 in Jasper Co.) . They did not
appear in the 1870 census. Most of their children ended up in the north-central
part of Harrison Co. Where are George & Ailsey buried? Roper I am seeking information on my paternal grandmother Catherine
Cecilia Jones-Roper. Her husband's name was Frank Roper. She gave birth
to my father at Gulfport, Miss. on January 22, 1911. She died in Houston,

WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER SEAMAN (ca 1800-1844) who was clerk of court in
Jackson County; moved to Biloxi when Harrison Co. was formed and was
clerk of court there; died around 1844. His first wife unknown; second
wife was Catherine Sheffield Grantham; children were Henry, Julia Jane
(Burnet) Melinda (Dukate) Benson (aka Benjamin), Geore and William.
