Alma Dee Towns, 100, died March 10, 2007 at Putnam Medical Center in Palatka, FL. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Towns was a native of Iron City, TN. She was a resident of the Wesson community for over 55 years. She was a member of Westside Church of Christ in Palatka, FL.

She is survived by sons, Robert Lee Conn Wesson; daughter, Rachel Speed of San Mateo, FL; T. W. Phillips of Florida; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
