Eric "Cap" Bobbitt, 55, died Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation is 10-11 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church in Crystal Springs.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church in Crystal Springs. Stringer Family Funeral Services of Crystal Springs is handling the arrangements.

Mr. Bobbitt was a member of St. John Catholic Church. He was vice president of the Mississippi Title Loan Association.

Survivors include: wife, Linda Bobbitt; son, Allen Bobbitt of Jonesboro, Ark.; daughters, Tamie Henry of Birmingham, Ala., Kristie Speights of Jackson and Shelly Jackson of Crystal Springs; mother, Helen June Bobbitt of Hazlehurst; sister, Barbara Bobbitt of Byram; and nine grandchildren.
