To the Honl Probate Court of Copiah County in the State of
Mississippi.
Your
petitioner Webster Gilbert
administrator of all and singular the goods chattels rights and ordits of William Gilbert late of said County
deceased would respectfully represent unto your Honor that the said intestate
died possessed of the following described lands situate in the County of
Copiah, viz: S ½ W ½ SE ¼ Sect.
5, T. No. 8N, Range 6 East, and the S ½ N ½ NE ¼ of Section No. 8, Township No.
8 N, Range 6 East containing in all 78 88/100 acres, and your petitioner
further represents that it would be for the benefit and advantage of said
estate that said land should be sold, and therefore prays that citation may ___
to all persons interested in said estate to appear at the next Regular term of
this Court and show cause if any they have why said lands should not be sold,
and in duly bound your petitioner will ever pray.
