Henry J.  West was the son of Dr. James M. West of Copiah County - He was a Confederate soldier in the Mississippi 6th and died 6 Apr 1862 in the Battle of Shiloh.   Pictured too is his wife, Jane Haley West.  They had two daughters, Nancy Jane West (Wilson) and Louella West (Causey).  The owner of these pictures is interested to know if anyone has information about Jane Haley West, date of death, where buried, etc.
