My Great Great Grandparents lived down the road from the Bethseda Methodist Church south of Crystal Springs. Joseph Broadwater and his mother and brothers came to Copiah County in the 1850's from South Carolina. He married Francis Goode who
was from a well to do family of Hinds County. Their Daughter, Kate Broadwater Married Robert Case and they lived in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. Joseph and Frances Goode Broadwater are buried at Bethsedia Methdist Church along with several of their children and grandchildren.
