Services for George Milton Watkins, 58, of Glen, Mississippi, were held Sunday
afternoon at the Farmington Baptist Church with the Rev. W.D. Ross officiating.
Burial followed at the Farmington Cemetery.
Watkins, who was born in Alcorn County died suddenly at his home Friday evening.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Hattie Omie Watkins; his mother, Mrs. Martha
Watkins of Glen, (can't read next word) Grover King of Paris, Tennessee; 4
brothers, Robert Watkins of Memphis, Willy D. Watkins and E. Watkins, both of
Corinth and Everett Watkins of Glen; a sister, Mrs. Majorie West of Counce,
Tennessee.
Coleman Funeral Home was in charge. |
