County on the
3rd day of Sept
1885, personally
appeared in open
court T.M.A.
Savage,
G Savage, and
F.C. Karr
subscribing
witnesses to a
certain
instrument of
writing
purporting to be
the last
will and
testament of
Thomas S.
Ramsey, decd,
late of
said county,
said instrument
being without
date
who having first
been duly sworn
deposed and said
that
said Thos. S.
Ramsey signed,
published, and
declared
said instrument
as his last will
and testmanet in
the
presence of
these deponents
on the day of
its execution
which was
shortly before
the death of the
said Thos. S.
Ramsey, that
said testator
was then of
sound disposing
mind and memory
and more than
twenty one years
of age
and that these
deponents
subscribed said
instrument as
witnesses
thereto at the
instance and
request and in
the presence of
said testator
and also in the
presence
of each other at
the time above
indicated which
was not
two weeks prior
to the death of
the said
testator.
