MRS. RIDDLE DIES
Mrs. Norene Patterson Riddle, 64, 611 King
Street, Corinth, died Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Magnolia Hospital after
an extended illness.
She was a Baptist and a member of the Eastern Star New Lite Chapter
77.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. at St. Mark Baptist
Church with the Rev. Coleman J. Lowe officiating.
Burial will be in the Danville Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, John A. Riddle; her
mother, Mrs. Lizzie Patterson of Corinth; six sons,
Willie B. Caldwell of Hamilton, Ohio; Fred
Caldwell, John A. Riddle, Jr. and Howard
Lee Riddle, all of Chicago, George W.
Riddle of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Billy Riddle
of Corinth; six daughters, Mrs. Annie L. Morrison
of Indianapolis, Indiana, Mrs. Maxie M. Gates, Mrs.
Madeline Keith, Mrs. Doris Luster,
Mrs. Mary E. Alexander, all of Corinth and Mrs.
Willie Mae Ross of Paducah, Kentucky.
She also leaves five brothers, Fletcher Patterson,
King Patterson, Mathew Patterson,
Mose Patterson and David Patterson,
all of Corinth; four sisters, Mrs. Alberta Johnson,
Mrs. Rebleuro Walker, Mrs. Annelle Taylor
and Mrs. Lillie Mae Walker, all of Corinth; 56
grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
