MRS. ADAMS DIES TODAY AT AGE 90
Mrs. Ida Terry Adams, 90 of 1401 Polk Street, died at 1:38 a.m.
Friday at Magnolia Hospital after an illness of five years.
A native of Hardin County, Tennessee she was a retired housewife
and a Methodist.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at McPeters
Chapel with the Rev. A.D. Gurley officiating. Burial will be in
Holly Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Adams in
1951.
Survivors include three sons, Chester Adams, Memphis, Tennessee,
and Russ Adams and Tom Adams, both of Corinth; four daughters,
Mrs. Annie Jones, Mrs. Minnie Anderson, Mrs. John H. Bonds, all
of Corinth, and Mrs. Dora Willingham, Tuscumbia, Alabama; 20
grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons. McPeters Mortuary is in charge of
arrangements.
