ELVIN COVEY RITES TODAY
Funeral services for Elvin Covey, 65, of Route 3, Corinth, were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Coleman Memorial Chapel officiated by George E. Coleman. Burial was to be in Pyburn Cemetery in Hardin County, Tennessee.
The retired sawmill and native of Hardin County died at 11:30 p.m. Friday in Memphis Veterans Hospital. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include a brother, Bill Covey of Corinth, and a sister, Mrs. Clarence B. Wallace, Corinth.
Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
