Last Rites for Mrs. Emma Burress Tuesday Afternoon
Funeral services for Mrs. Warhurst Burress, who died Monday, were held at 3:30 o'clock at Pine Grove Baptist Church four miles east of Rienzi Tuesday afternoon.
Chester Estes, minister of the Foote Street Church of Christ here officiated.
Mrs. Burress died Monday at her home at Pine Grove.
She was born March 8, 1899 and her first marriage was to the late J.T. Johnson. Married again to J.H. Burress, their union was blessed with six children, four of whom survive.
Mrs. Burress was a member of the Piney Grove Baptist Church for about 15 years.
