Be it remembered that the Board of Pension-Enquiry met in the Chancery
Clerk’s office on September 14th, 1914, same having been set as the day of
said meeting, when there were present the following members and officers,
to-wit; D.J. HYNEMAN being absent, H.C. KLYCE was substituted in his
stead,

The meeting having been called to order, and D.J. HYNEMAN not being
present J.W. McANULTY was elected to serve as President.
The Following proceedings were had, to-wit; Came on the consideration of

It was found that the following Pensioners had been transferred from other
counties to this county, to-wit: W.M. OWEN, No. 4 pensioner
J.G. CHILCOAT, No. 4 pensioner
H.N. McCLUSKY, No. 6 pensioner
Ella H. PETTY, No. 6 pensioner
It was found that the following pensioner had removed from this county,
to-wit; Robert LANGFORD, No. 4 pensioner removed to Prentiss County.
It was ordered that Mary E. KEITH a No. 6 pensioner be dropped from the
roll on account of the fact that she had conveyed her property for a life
support.
It was ordered that W.J. VOYLES be dropped from the roll on account of
having more than $600.00 of taxable property.
The Board then adjourned to meet Tuesday September 15th, 1914 at 8:30 A.M.
