THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF J. S. EDWARDS DECEASED

State of Mississippi
Winston, County
November 5, 1869

J. S. Edwards being sound in body and mind, but knowing the uncertainty of
life do make my last will and testament. I will to my two sons Jacob and
Hutch, a parcel of land. Each in Section four (4) lot 9, 15, 10. 1 W to
16R14. I will to my son William a parcel of land in Section 3 Lots 20, 21
T16 R14. I will to my son-in-law John Knox a parcel of land in Section 3
Lot 19, 22, T16 Range 14. I also will to my son Joseph Edwards a pacel of
land in Section 3 Lot 18, 23, T16 R14 and also will to my sons William and
Jacob a cow and calf each. I will to my sons Will, Jacob and Hutch one bed
and bed clothes each.
