page 37  WILLIAM FORT, ROBERT MUNSON, & JOHN SIMS, appointed to appraise the personal estate of NAZWORTHY HUNTER, dec’. to report to the court the first Monday of July, next.
 Witness:  JOHN ELLIS, Esqire, Chief Justice the court.
issured: 6 Jan 1806, JOS. JOHNSON, Clk.

WILLIAM FORT, ROBERT MUNSON & JOHN SIMS,  gave oath for their appraisal before JOSHUA BAKER, J.P.,    21 June 1806.

Inventory:  thirty second hand books;  16 vol. Journals of Congress;  1 ox, 5 years old; 1 mare, 21 years old; 1 horse, 3 years old;   1 NEGRO MAN,  aged 40 years;  1 rifle, 2 sows and 17 shoats; 1 bed of feathers, 2 pots and one oven, 1 hand saw, 1 fore and one Jack plain and augur; hoe and ax; 1 pail and 1 churn.  1 Augar, estate valued:  $642.. by WILLIAM FORT, ROBERT [his mark] MUNSON, ROBERT SIMS.
