In the name of God Amen. I JAMES LEE of Wilkinson county & Mississippi Territory being weak in body but of perfect sound mind & memory recollecting the certainty of death & the uncertainty of the time there of do make & ordain this my last
Will & Testament.  I*****?  I recommend my soul to a merciful & just God who gave in hopes there the must of a blessed Savour to meet Salvation my body to be decently entered.  I then I request that all my just debts be paid Saving a preference to the charge of my physician & funeral expenses.  Item I hereby appoint my trusty friend JAMES ROBINSON to be my sole Executor to do act & transaction all my affairs
recomending to do justice to all my friendly creditors & if there should be a surplus of Estate after the settlements of my debts I request that my said Executor may accept of the same for his own use forever in consideration of the trouble that I may
hereby occation to him & also as a testamoney of my esteem.   JAMES LEE
