Amanda C. Barton relinquishment of dower of Abram H. Weir
Jacob Haigh an acting justice of the peace in and for said county Amanda C. Barton, wife of the aforesaid Armstead Barton where name is signed to the foregoing deed and on a private examination separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she signed sealed and delivered the same as her voluntary act and did freely without any fear, threats or comp? of her said husband.
Given under my hand and seal this 26th day of October 1844.
