We the undersigned Chiefs do hereby certify that U b bit ha co, the Claiment of land is capable to manage and take care of his own affairs given under our hands this Sept. 12, 1837.

Reynolds, agent for the Chickasaw nation do hereby certify that from the best of my knowledge and information the facts set forth in the foregoing certificate of the Chiefs are true and that they sum of 800.00 is a fair consideration and has been paid by said Armistead Barton to the said U b bit ha ca for the land described in the foregoing deed Sept. 12, 1837.
