MRS. LOU FINCH FUNERAL SERVICES CONDUCTED TODAY
Last rites for Mrs. Lou Verda Finch of Tishomingo, Mississippi,
were held at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Tishomingo
Methodist Church with Revs. Jerry Bell, Bill Appleby and Robert
Forrester in charge of services.
Mrs. Finch died yesterday morning at 2:15 o'clock at her home
following an extended illness of three years. She was 67 years
of age. She was a native of McNairy County, Tennessee and was
married on December 25, 1913, in McNairy County, to Henry Grady
Finch.
She leaves her husband, Henry Grady Finch of Tishomingo; three
sons, Talmadge Finch of Tishomingo, Cleburn Finch of Sheffield,
Alabama, and Warren Finch of Tuscumbia, Alabama; three
daughters, Mrs. Mary Gray of Tishomingo, Mrs. Marie Waddle of
Tuscumbia, Alabama, and Mrs. Annelle Burns of Cherokee, Alabama;
one brother, E.C. Fortuen of Tremont, Mississippi; and nine
grandchildren.
Interment was in the Tishomingo Cemetery with Perkins Funeral
Home of Corinth in charge of arrangements.
