To the Hon. W.P. Curlee, Judge of the Probate Court of the county of Tishomingo...B. Grimes shows unto your honor that Milissa Ann Holder and G.R. Holder, the former aged about 13 years and the latter about 6 years are minors. That said minors have neither father or mother now living. The petitioner is uncle by marriage to said minors that said minors since the death of their mother have been under the care and living with petitioner.
