We have just learned that MRS. HARRIS, of Marshall County, near our county line committed suicide, last week by hanging. The circumstances as we learn them are as follows; Every one was away from home on that morning, and on MR. HARRIS coming home to dinner he missed his wife, and on making a hunt he found her hanging to a dogwood tree. It appears that she had torn up some new calico, made a rope out of it, and climbing up the tree attached it to a limb and swung herself into eternity. The reason for this rash act was continued ill health.
