Last Will and Testament
B F Pritchard


I, B F Pritchard, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and in law entitled to make my will do hereby declare and publish this my last will and testament in the form to wit:

Item 1: It is my will that all my just and legal debts be paid.

Item 2: It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my wife, Mollie L Pritchard all of the real estate and lands, wherever situated which I may own at the time of my death for and during her natural lifetime that is she is to use these lands and property during her lifetime as a support and at the death of my said wife, Mollie L Pritchard the lands and real estate herein devised are to pass and vest right and title in all of my children to wit: Mrs. Jimmie D Wright and B P and James Boon they being the children of my deceased daughter Cornelia Boon, and taking together her share, Joe Pritchard, H R Pritchard, L L Pritchard, Berta May Jackson, Robbie Todd, Bessie Evans, Everett Prichard, Una Pritchard share and share alike in fee simple.

Item 3:  The indebtedness owing to me by my sons, Joe Pritchard and H R Pritchard and being as follows: Joe Pritchard's amt being $300.00 and H R Pritchard amounts being $400.00. I hereby Will devise and bequeathe to my wife, Mollie L Pritchard, and she is to collect said amounts or any parts thereof as may be unpaid at my death, as she may need same. The said amounts not to draw interest.

Item 4: I hereby name and appoint my said wife, Mollie L Pritchard the executrix of this my last will and testament and relieve her of making any bond or such executrix and also relieve her of making any settlement with any Court only requiring her to probate this will.

Witness my signature this the 8th day of November 1915.

The signature of the above testator, B F Pritchard was made in our presence and in the presence of each other and at the request of said testator and declare by him to be his last will and testament.

"Proof of Will"
The State of Mississippi, Tate County March 4, 1929
In the matter of a certain instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of B F Pritchard deceased of Tate County.

Be it remembered that in vacation of the Chancery Court of said County and State aforesaid, been and held at the Court House thereof, on the 9th day of March A.D. 1929. Personally appeared in open Court M H Thompson one of the subscribing witnesses to a certain instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of B F Pritchard, deceased, late of Tate County, who, having first been duly sworn, deposed and said that the said B F Pritchard signed, published and declared said instrument as his last will and testament on the 8th day of Nov 1915, the day of the date of said instrument, in the presence of the deponent and that the said testator was then of sound disposing mind and memory and twenty one years of age and that these deponents subscribed and attested said instrument as witnesses to the signature and publication thereof at the special instance and in the presence of the said testator, and in the presence of each other, on the day and year of the date thereof.
