 I'm searching for more information on Irvin Graham, sir name is Graham. He was born in Tenn. in 1814.  I found him and his family on the 1850 census rolls in Scott County, Mississippi as a farmer.  He married a girl from Louisiana by the name of Elizabeth Parker, The 1850 census shows they had five children Susan, William, Jonathan, James & Martha. William is my
great grandfather, born in 1844, was in civil war, died in Bowie Co. Tex. I have no date of death for Irvin Graham, & I do not know which county in Tenn. he was born. William was born in 1844 in Scott Co Miss, died in Tex in 1917.  I want to find out Irvin Graham's date of death and place of death any marriage records, and most important, who his parents were, all of their statistics on dates and where they lived. BABB - HENRY - MATHIS
Searching for descendants of any Babb Families that lived in Scott County about 1880-1900.  Early ancestor was JAMES ALFORD BABB, who came to MS (Madison & Leake CO) about 1840, coming from AL & SC.  He married Mary Amanda HENRY and raised his family around Walnut Grove, just over the line in Leake CO.  It has been reported that JAMES ALFORD BABB was one of the very early sheriffs of Leake County.  Some of his Babb descendants lived in Scott CO on 1900 census.  I would appreciate hearing from anyone researching the BABB family or who might have knowledge of descendants still living in the Leake & Scott CO area.  Thanks !!
