Submitting Information to theMississippi Family Reunions Page

Thank you for considering to publish your reunion information at our web site. 
Please follow these simple instructions to ensure the best placement for your listing.

 

 Send E-Mail to the State Coordinator  msgenweb.sc@gmail.com containing the following: 

    Subject of E-Mail:  Reunion Submission

    Surname in CAPITAL LETTERS. DO NOT submit your entire listing in capital letters.

    Date of Reunion - please indicate if reunion is a regularly scheduled annual affair.

    Location of Reunion

    Name of Contact Person

    E-Mail ID of Contact Person

    Related web site if applicable

Notes - Information about the family, directions to location of reunion, etc.


Submissions will be listed alphabetically according to the first family name in your submission. (Reunion for "Jones, Black and Smith" will be listed under "Jones". However you may resubmit under the other names also.)

Keep your listing as brief as possible, but be sure to include all the information needed.  

Phone numbers, addresses and/or driving instructions can be entered in the "Notes." 

Remember to submit your listing as early as possible to give your kin plenty of time to plan their arrival.

To change or update your information, please resubmit your corrected information or e-mail MSGenWeb State Coordinator. to remove your old listing.
