LEE ROY WAGES, 77, SUCCUMBS
Lee Roy Wages, Route 4, Corinth, died at 1 p.m. Saturday. He was
77. He had been in bad health for several years.
A retired farmer and WWI Veteran, he leaves his wife, Mrs. Angie
Wallis Wages, Corinth, 3 sons, Howard Wages, Corinth, James
Wages, Kansas City, Missouri, Roy Wages, Corinth; 2 daughters,
Mildred West, Corinth and Violet Mitchell, Corinth; 13
grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church at
2 p.m. Monday, today, with Bro. J.A. Blunt and Jimmy Bryant.
Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery. The body lies in state at the
resident until prior to service time.
McMillan Funeral Home of Booneville has charge of arrangements. |
