Lafayette County, L.Q.C. Lamar and T.D. Isom.

Lowndes County, George R. Clayton.

Monroe County, Samuel J. Gholson and F.M. Rogers.

Noxubee County, Israel Welsh.

Pontotoc County, C.D. Fontaine, J.B. Herring, H.R. Miller and R.W. Flournoy.

Tippah County, Orlando Davis, J.H. Berry, J.S. Davis and D.B. Wright.

Tishomingo County, A.E. Reynolds, W.W. Bonds, T.P. Young, and J.A. Blair.
