Hershel Nathaniel (Scotty) Shinault was born February 5, 1957 in Prentiss County, Booneville, Miss., to Mr. Hershel Shinault and Mrs. Aaron Leach Shinault.

He departed this life Sunday, September 27, 1987 around 9:00 a.m. at the Oakville Health Care Center in Memphis, Tenn.

Those who cherish his memories: His parents, Mr. & Mrs. Hershel Shinault; one sister, Mrs. Eular Mae Boyd; six-brothers; Mike Shinault, Vance Shinault, Vince Shinault, Anthony (Toby) Shinault, George Shinault and Adrain Shinault all of the home, one brother-in-law, Larry Boyd, his grandmother, Mrs. Cynthia Shinault, eight aunts, four uncles, two nephews and four nieces and a host of cousins and friends.
