This cemetery is located .08 of a mile off of Highway 365, near the Cairo Community. From Burnsville, Mississippi, travel Highway 364 and look for the County Road 356 Junction. The cemetery is located on the right-hand side of the road on private property.

The Hill Cemetery was surveyed by Cindy Whirley Nelson and Eunell Skinner Handy on February 18, 2007. It is believed that there are possibly other unmarked graves.
