S.E. Burress, et al deeds to Henry Hodges and A.B. Bradley
Dated June 19, 1906
Whereas the late J.W. Burress in his life time executed and
delivered to W.M. Cox, as Trustee, a certain deed of trust
to secure to Mrs. S.E. Spencer a certain sum of money
therein named, and whereas he designed and intended to
include in said deed a certain tract of land in Prentiss
County being 125 acres more or less off the north side of
the northeast quarter of section 34 township 6 range 6 (see
document)...the said J.W. Burress owning no land in said
northwest quarter and whereas Henry Hodges and A.B. Bradley
have acquired by purchase of the said Mrs. Spencer all
right, title and interest, etc...sum of 1.00 to us paid...as
heirs of the said J.W. Burress release and quit claim unto
the said Henry Hodges and A.B. Bradley all right and title,
etc...
